We try and ship orders within two business days of
receipt. Some days we're better...some days not so much,
but we'll get it out as soon as we can. We use USPS
standard shipping, so most orders should arrive within
3-5 days of shipping. Of course we can't control weather
or other delays, but if you don't get your order within

Zomsters orders are processed securely through Volusion
with Authorize.Net as our Payment Gateway, a PCI
Compliant Servie Provider. Your financial
information is securely processed and stays safe with
Authorize.Net and your credit card and bank account
numbers are not shared with Zomsters.

Zomsters wants you to be happy about your purchase. If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return
unused/undamaged items in their original condition
within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full
refund. If you received any part of your Zomsters
purchase that was incomplete, damaged, or defective we
will be happy to replace the item and ship it to you at
no cost. If you do need to make a return or exchange,
please contact us at:
support@zomsters.com and we'll provide you with
steps to return the product. If you purchased your
Zomsters item from a retail store and not
www.zomsters.com,
please return the item to the retail store.

For purchases shipped to a Washington State address, a
sales tax charge of 9.5% will be charged upon checkout.

Shipping charges will be applied to your order during
checkout. Most order ship within 2-3 business days.
Delivery dates will depend on your location, but on

Shipping rates for Zomsters purchases:
First item: $2.50 - US standard shipping
Second thru 9th item: additional $1.00 per item (up to
$10) - US
standard shipping
Over 10 items: $10.00 - US standard shipping.
